J. David Stagni, CPA, CGFM

David is the managing director of the firm. He is responsible for the overall firm operations and compliance with the firm's Quality Control Policies. He oversees the Accounting, Tax, and Consulting engagements of the firm, and works closely with the Audit Director and team members to assure the highest quality, efficient engagements as possible. David is a member of the AICPA, LCPA, GFOA, and AGA, receiving the CEA in Government from the AICPA, and the CGFM from the AGA. David has received the 1995 LCPA Special Recognition Award for contributions and leadership of the Government Accounting & Auditing committee, its four task forces, and liaison with Local Governmental Entities, and has served as a member and Charmian of many LCPA committees during his 30+ years in public accounting. |
Angelique T. Barker, CPA

Angelique is the director of the firms Audit practice. She joined the firm after gaining valuable experience working in the finance department of a local government. She is very hands on, bringing her 25+ years of experience to each and every audit from the initial planning to the final review. She is a member of the AICPA and the LCPA. She received the CEA in Government from the AICPA, and has served on many LCPA committees, with a continuing participation on the Governmental Accounting and Auditing Committee. |

Mike is the director of technical compliance for the firm, and handles a select group of clients from the firm's Monroe, LA office. Mike is an exceptional technical resource for the firm. He is a nationally renown and highly sought after speaker, and consultant in the Government and Nonprofit Accounting and Audit area. He conducts training courses for national, regional and local continuing education conferences; in-house training for large and small CPA firms, and frequently as an expert witness in cases dealing with CPA firms. He is a member of the AICPA, LCPA, GFOA, and AGA, having received the CGFM from the AGA, and the CEA in Government from the AICPA. Paulette. N. Mayon, CPA, MBA

Paulette is an audit manager in the firm utilizing her 20 years of experience working in the firms audit area with a heavy concentrating in the Governmental area. Paulette received both her BS, with honors, and MBA from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA. She is a member of the AICPA, and the LCPA having served on many LCPA committees and technical task forces. She has taught at Nicholls as an adjunct instructor of accounting, and is very active in service to the community. Paulette is also the lead manager in the firm's Contract CFO program, where the firm provides staffing to provide ongoing oversight of client's overall finance departments. |
Melissa Bates

Melissa is a senior level staff accountant/auditor with the firm. She handles most of the firm's small business needs ranging from payroll processing, monthly and quarterly bookkeeping, sales and payroll tax reports. She is also heavily involved in the firm's government audit practice with approximately 10 years of hands on experience. She also provides ongoing assistance to clients involved in our Contract CFO program. |
Natasha Krumbeck

Tasha is the firm's Administrator. She handles the overall administrative functions of the firm from making sure tax returns and financial reports are properly assembled and transmitted to clients, coordinating the schedules of members and associates, and the all so important function of making sure the firm's billings are issued on a timely basis. She has recently taken on the responsibility of implementing a new document management system to better manage client files with less paper. Tasha is also pursuing a degree in accounting through an on-line college, and enjoys the opportunity to assist the staff with small business accounting engagements. |
