J. David Stagni, CPA-LA,CGFM. Senior Partner, Thibodaux, LA
David is responsible for pre-issuance quality reviews of reports, client consulting engagements, and firm on firm consulting engagements.  He graduated in 1977 with a BS in Accounting from Nicholls State University.  David is a member of the AICPA, LCPA, the GFOA, and the AGA, receiving the CEA in Government Accounting in 1991 from the AICPA, and the Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) from the AGA in 1996.  David has served three years as Chairman of LCPA Government Accounting and Auditing Committee, Legislative Auditor Task Force, Governmental Positive Enforcement Program of the LA State Board of CPA's, and on numerous committees of the Society of LCPA.   Currently, David is Chairman of the LCPA Legislation Committee & the LCPA Political Action Committee.  He has also been a frequent witness before the LA legislature on issues dealing with audits of Local Governments, and was a contributing author to recent revisions to LA audit laws for local governments and quasi-public entities.

Angelique T. Barker, CPA-LA. Audit Partner, Thibodaux, LA
Angelique is Partner in Charge of the firm's Audit Practice, with her expertise in Government and Nonprofit audits.  She received a BS from Nicholls State University in 1983, and is a member of the AICPA, LCPA, GFOA, and AGA, and has served on numerous LCPA committees.  She is currently serving on the Governmental Accounting and Auditing committee of the LCPA.  She received the AICPA's Certificate of Educational Achievement (CEA) in Government Accounting in 1991.

J. Michael Inzina, CPA-LA, CGFM, Partner-St. Rose, LA
Mike is the partner in charge of the St. Rose office. He is a 1976 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Louisiana of Monroe. His practice experience includes small businesses, construction, cooperatives, utilities, financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations and governmental entities. Mike was awarded the CEA in governmental in 1990, and the CGFM designation in 1996. Mike is a member of the AICPA, LCPA, GFOA, and the AGA.

Mike is currently a member of the AICPA Professional Ethics Executive Committee. He has also served as a member of the AICPA Auditing Standards Board (1997-2000), as subgroup chairman of the AICPA Governmental Technical Standards Subcommittee (1986-1991), and as a member of the AICPA Independence and Behavioral Standards Subcommittee (1991-1993). He has been a contributor to AICPA Statement of Position 98-3 Audits of States, Local Governments, and Not-for-Profit Organizations Receiving Federal Awards, revisions to the AICPA Audit and Accounting Guide, Audits of State and Local Governmental Units, and the GASB Implementation Guide to Statement 34. Mike also serves as a member and three-time Chairman of the LCPA's Ethics Committee, and is a former chapter president and director of the Society, serving on numerous committees of the LCPA and the Louisiana State Board of CPAs. He has served as a technical consultant to Louisiana Department of Education, and as technical consultant and instructor for the Louisiana Division of Administration, Office of Community Development (Louisiana Community Development Block Grant Program). In addition, Mike was recognized as Louisiana Small Business Advocate of the Year by the Small Business Administration (1988). He also serves as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for the Government and Non-profit Report (Harcourt Brace Professional Publishing).

Paulette N. Mayon, CPA-LA,MBA. Audit Senior
Paulette is a senior auditor on all firm audit engagements, and is active in the computer consulting area for several firm clients.  She is an active member of the AICPA and the LCPA, and is currently serving on the Family Issues, and the Technology Task Forces of the LCPA.  She graduated with honors from Nicholls State University with a BS in Accounting in 1991, and with a MBA from Nicholls in 1996.

Christene Zagone, Staff Accountant
Christene is reponsible for the firm's small business accounting area.  She works with small business on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis dealing with financial, payroll, sales, and business income tax reporting.   She graduated from Lamar University in 1985 with a BBA in Accounting.  She is very active in many communtiy volunteer efforts including Brownie Girl Scouts, St. Genevieve School, and church.
